Invitation for Free Training for girls on Social Media Marketing – She Means Work (SMW)

In one of our initiatives, we have partnered with S&P Global in their Million Women Mentors program that gives “FREE OF CHARGE” mentorship on various technical skills and STEM-related subjects. We are happy to share that so far we have mentored around 1400 girls across academia. Continuing our series of mentorship under SMW, E-Academy ViiLearn www.viilearn.com we are conducting fifth mentorship sessions, which is "FREE OF CHARGE" for all female students. Since the training/mentorship session is conducted online, therefore all students away from institutions can also join. The details are as follows.

Mentoring Session details:

Subject Matter:-  Basics of Social Media Marketing

Course Objectives: 

1. Basics of Social Media Marketing for beginners where they learn creating accounts on different platforms.
2. To introduce the impact of social media marketing on different channels in order to promote your skills and products.
3. Increase customer engagement to generate revenue.
4. To increase brand awareness towards the target audience and generate the right attention.
5. Introduction of different applications of various channels.

Expected Outcomes:

1. After this mentorship session you will be able to understand major Social Media platforms, how they function, and what role they play in marketing.
2. You will be able to create SMART goals, and define your target audience.
3. How to create a Social Media Marketing plan and connect with your audiences to build your brand.
4. Tips and tricks to increase your audience.

Mentorship  Rules:

1- Initially we will conduct an online session of 3 hours or two sessions of one hour for the same set of students on different dates. This precaution is due to Covid protocol, which prevents gatherings in a room.

2- You can log on from your mobiles, computers, and tabs.

3- Each mentorship program will not be more than 3hours.

4- The student who will complete the session for at least 2.5 hours will be certified. A certificate will be sent to the admin department of the respective school or college or polytechnic or the email address given on the form.

5- There will be no charge for the training/ mentorship.

6- You need to log in by your name so we calculate the time of your attendance and qualify you for a certificate.

7- After completing your mentorship session please share your email address at info@shemeanswork.com.

Student Interest Free Loan Scheme

Brief About Student Loan Scheme  

Pursuant to the announcement made by the Federal Finance Minister in his 2001-2002-budget speech, a STUDENTS LOAN SCHEME (SLS) for Education was launched by the Government of Pakistan in collaboration with major commercial banks of Pakistan (NBP, HBL, UBL, MCB and ABL). Under the Scheme, financial assistance is provided by way of Interest Free Loans to the meritorious students who have financial constraints for pursuing their studies in Scientific, Technical and Professional education within Pakistan.

The Scheme is being administered by a high powered committee comprising Deputy Governor, State Bank of Pakistan, Presidents of the commercial banks and representative of Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan.

Administrator of the Scheme:  National Bank of Pakistan.

International Research Support Initiative Program

Higher Education Commission of Pakistan is offering a six month research fellowship abroad to those students who are enrolled in full time PhD programs in Pakistan. This is providing exposure to the PhD scholars which will enhance the quality of research that they will be conducting in Pakistan. This opportunity also provides to develop linkages between Pakistani and foreign institutions.

The objectives of the program are:

• To enhance the quality of doctoral research in Pakistan.
