The Responsibilities
Develop a detailed knowledge of the existing software within the company and provide software support to its customers to troubleshoot and resolve their problems.
Please note that it is a night shift job starting from 05:00 PM to 05:00 AM Pakistan time, so if you are willing to work at night then you are welcome to apply.
Specification
Fresh IT graduates and Computer Science diploma holders (Previous customer support experience will be a plus)

Database (Any RDBMS)
SQL query writing

.NET/Java programming experience
