Required Experienced IT Administrator for tiles outlet.
Installing & configuring software, Hardware, systems networks, printers & scanners.
Proven work experience of minimum 3 years.
Perform Troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques & resolve issues with hardware or software.
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Must have the abilities to resolve technical issues via telephone, email & remote access.
Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
Design & maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
Analyze records and logos to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
Test, evaluate and make decisions about new technology for the business.
Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
Gaining feedback from computer users on process & make recommendations on areas to improve for providing technical support in an effective way.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,000.00 – Rs45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
