Job Description

  1. Responsible for gathering and analyzing users’ requirements and documenting them.
    2. Design and develop flowcharts, layouts, and specifications for software.
    3. Design & develop new applications according to company requirements.
    4. Plan development, installation, and integration of software system.
    5. Responsible for testing, debugging, troubleshooting and refining software using related tools and methodologies.
    6. Interact with various departments and internal users regarding timelines, technical issues, and infrastructure integration.
    7. Stay current with trends, techniques, technology, and other factors impacting the job.
    8. To provide installation-related support to the end-users and resolve technical issues.
    9. Responsible for testing, debugging, troubleshooting and refining software using related tools and methodologies.
    10. Actively participate in team meetings and offer recommendations/ideas on design projects.
    11. Able to update existing applications according to the company’s needs and management requirements.
    12. Monitoring the performance of existing software and enhancing their performance accordingly.
    13. To coordinate with HQ and SAP/WMS/ESP teams to resolve the technical and operational issues in the SAP system.
    14. Manage database backups and database tuning.
    15. Assist HOD IT in implementing policies and procedures.
