In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:
Loads, configures. and tests new hardware for installation at customer sites. Occasionally install hardware to upgrade an existing customer’s system, if complex business operations require advanced knowledge/experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to speak, read and write the English language fluently. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, customer service representatives and field service providers both in person and over the telephone
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to follow logical steps to analyze and interpret customer technical problems and correctly resolve those problems in an efficient and courteous manner. This may include, but is not limited to, communications with the customer, customer support representatives and field service personnel, analysis of reports, and performing diagnostics of hardware and software on the customer’s system
