Software Productivity Strategists, a software company is looking for an Intern to work in SPINNLABS which is an innovation lab of SPS.  Following are the job details.

Job Description:

• Assist in co-ordinations and collaborations with Academia across Pakistan and globe.
• Assist in the execution of various initiatives of Academic Outreach Program and similar other projects
• Assist in finding, onboarding, and managing new academic partners, institutions, faculty, students, lab engineers, instructors, Teaching assistants or any other individuals.
• Communicate in person, through written channels and over calls with Academia, Industry, and public sector.
• Assist to plan, manage, improve various onsite and virtual events with Academia, Industry and Public Sector.
• Help create, maintain, manage, update and improve various digital marketing campaigns (e.g. Email marketing etc. for various Academic Outreach and other initiatives of SPS and SPINNLABS.)
• Excellent responsiveness on emails, MS Teams, and other communication channels during the work hours.
• Prepare word, excel and power point documents when required.
• Job shadowing where required.
• Assisting in-office tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication including grammar, vocabulary, writing styles, cohesiveness, logical flow etc.
• Ability to research thoroughly for the content writing.
• Good working experience of MS Office applications.
• Excellent skills in Social Media marketing on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and Instagram.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
• Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience
• Experience in making business plans and financial models is a plus.
• A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively.
• Ensure excellent attention to detail in all matters relating to work while maintaining quality and velocity of deliverables.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills including punctuality.
• Ability to take responsibility.
