Overview:
Brand786 is offering an exciting opportunity for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to evaluate and test software to ensure it meets the specifications and standards established by the software development company or the client.
The candidate must be professional, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
Job Description SQA.
- SQA Automation Experience 1 to 2 years.
- Experience testing complex, multi-threaded, and multi-component products.
- Extensive experience with various types of testing including unit, system, integration, user acceptance, regression, usability and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with API testing.
- Debugging and Crash Log Analysis/Review.
- Experience with automated load/stress and performance testing and tools.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask with ease is essential to the success of this position.
- Perform and document risk analysis.
- Identify any potential problems that users might encounter.
- Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes.
- Eager to learn new tools, technologies, and testing processes.
- Should be familiar with control version tools like Git, GitHub, GitLab etc.
- Experience with Story boards would be a plus.
Essential Skills
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
- Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
- Excellent knowledge of QA methodology and Software development processes (Agile Scrum, RUP, IEEE, etc.)
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
- Write, review and execute test scenarios both manually and with test automation tools.
- Experience with Jira, Cucumber, Selenium WebDriver, Appium.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
