Software Quality Assurance Engineer required at post Vertex Systems
Vertex Systems is looking for a Computer Software Engineer who will be responsible for IT Recruitment for USA based companies remotely from Pakistan. You will be involved in the complete recruitment process like sourcing, screening, and interviewing of technical specialists to fill IT related positions for US based clients. You must have interpersonal and managerial skills with understanding and working knowledge of the IT/Software Industry. You must have exceptional English communication skills and have past experience of working with a US-based company is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Day to Day routine involves interactions between team members and stakeholders, participating in all the Process of recruitment.
- Liaise with manager to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
- Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
- Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from niche platforms, like Dice, Zip-Recruiter, Indeed and LinkedIn etc.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Build a candidate Database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates – ensuring candidate data is kept updated
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
- Participate in meetings, managing personal reports/data and doing/responding to emails actively
- Keep track of all submissions and follow up for interviews and status.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Skills & Expertise:
- Excellent Communication skills with fluent speaking/listening English language.
- Excellent Experience in using and managing Recruitment/Job Portals and Tools.
- Excellent Technical Skills for Resume Screening for IT Positions, and Proficient in using Search Engine I-e: Google and doing R&D.
- Working experience and moderate Skills of using MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Skills related to Reporting and Data/Record Management.
- Must be Self-Starter, Quick Learner and goal oriented.

Salary: Rs50,000.00 – Rs70,000.00 per month
