Full Job Description
We are looking for an SQA Engineer – CRM Systems with more than 2 years of experience to join our CRM department and participate in testing activities to ensure product quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries regarding all technical issues, and information requests on application capabilities, navigation, installation, or configuration.
- Troubleshoot production issues affecting end-users, including system unavailability and data integrity issues.
- Learn everything about our software and use that knowledge to test each client implementation.
- Provide technical support covering all issues related to our CRM system.
- Provide coordinated support for getting new releases and configuration changes into production.
- Gather information for analysis, carry out the necessary research, set up test environments, replicate issues locally, and propose resolutions or workarounds.
- Document new processes and keep existing documentation and tools up to date as the environment changes.
- Interface with implementation, product management, and operations team when necessary
- Attend daily meetings and provide status updates.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of HTML, basic web programming concepts, and the ability to write queries.
- The confidence & analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, propose a solution, and communicate over the tickets/emails.
- The desire to learn new soft and technical skills and coach, mentor, and train peers throughout the organization
