We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.
Senior Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. Helping the team in resolving the issues. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.
*Responsibilities:
- Capable of speaking in an impactful manner.
- Capable of handling/taking over complex cases.
- Capable of evaluating the significance of reported issues and prioritizing cases.
- Aligning tasks to subordinates based on skill sets
- Ensuring the compliance of relevant SLA’s throughout the team.
- Creating ease for the team and encouraging a positive approach in challenging times.
- Building synergy in a team and bonding with the team in a professional arrangement.
- Good verbal, written, and oral communication skills
- Encourage, and involve the team by bringing them together at the same time it becomes possible to develop creative ideas and implementations.
- Ability to work with a team, pay attention, be honest, and know how to solve issues. Help the team to work in an organized way with a common purpose so that team members feel valued.
- Problem-solving, and decision making. Specifically, I need to be able to think about a topic or issue in an objective and critical way.
- Monitor & pay attention to details of their juniors, notice their mistakes, and are able to correct them in inaccurate ways.
- Must be effective active listening skills. having an open and friendly response and showing good teamwork
Requirements and skills:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- 3 years+ Experience in dedicated customer support as an International Customer Support Specialist
- Familiarity with IT Industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Team player, Who will be assigned to support his team as a leader
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.

- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- BSc in Information Technology or relevant degree

Salary: Rs70,000.00 – Rs100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
