Sr. SQA Engineer Team Lead required at Edward Milton & Co (SMC-PVT) LTD
Working for a London based company, you’ll be responsible for the overall testing strategy for our bespoke software across a range of different platforms. It’s essential to drive improvement with a “quality-first” approach throughout the development life cycle. You’ll be responsible for the planning, organizing and reporting on testing phases of work items across a range of bespoke products. In addition to this, you’ll perform different levels of testing across different technologies and platforms using appropriate tools and techniques. You’ll develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, to help identify, manage and mitigate risks for new and on-going projects. What we need from you
- Strong background in software testing including testing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of and competence with SQL Server, .NET and Test-Driven Development would be advantageous
- Experience in Automation tools like selenium, cucumber, cypress.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycles
- Experience in handling the QA team
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices including Continuous Integration and automated testing
- Ability to communicate effectively with the different stakeholders within the team and the wider business
