Full Job Description
We are looking for a System Administrator who specializes in Windows Server administration. You will join a team responsible for the availability, reliability, and day-to-day operations of our SaaS environment – spanning multiple datacenters and countries.
In this role you will be expected to have knowledge in on-premise data centers, standing up hardware, routine patching of environment, assisting in data collection for compliance audits, keeping least privileges security practices in mind, and assisting in outages all while working great on a team as well as independently.
We are actively standing up new data centers which you would be a crucial part of! The Network and Security team is constantly evaluating our security posture and looking to improve our existing environment. Junior members of our team have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals who are well versed in various aspects of technology. Some of our current exciting projects include expanding our virtual environment, new monitoring solutions, and expanding our infrastructure to accommodate rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Windows Server provisioning, configuration, and installation
Patching Windows servers
Provisioning laptops
Escalation of user support
Assist in maintenance of monitoring tools
24×7 On-Call rotation to support resolution of acute issues
Knowledge of PCI best practices and ability to assist with audits
Produce and maintain relevant documentation
The candidate should have experience working with these technologies:
At least 2 years of server administration skills with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
Standing up on-premise data centers.
