Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Develop and analyze functional specifications
• Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
• Coordinate with team leads to build and implement technology solutions
• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
• Gather feedback from end users about system performance
• Plan and oversee projects (e.g., upgrades, hardware/software installations)

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role
• Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for development teams and testers to follow
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• Understanding of best business practices
• Excellent communication skills
