Job Description:

To understand business operations and processes and lead the digital transformation of the company
To develop, analyse, prioritise, and organise requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for software vendors to follow
To translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
To manage the set-up and configuration of systems
To oversee infrastructure & IT operations
To plan and execute all infrastructure projects
To provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
To develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
To design, implement, and upgrade information systems to meet the business and user needs
To implement best practices for scalability, support, ease of maintenance, and system performance
To stay updated on IT trends and emerging technologies
To develop and enforce IT best practices across the organization

Skills:

Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
Experience of installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
