Technical Support Engineer required at Epazz

We are looking for 4 Technical Software Support Engineers who will have the following job responsibilities:

Assist customers to support issues and troubleshooting related to software product
Communication with customers and software development team to solve customer issues
Perform application testing/QA
The candidate should have problem-solving skills, basic database (SQL Server) knowledge.
You should have excellent English communication skills.
You should have a bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT or Software Engineering.
Your office timings will be from (07:00 pm – 04:00 am). Only apply if you meet the job criteria.
