Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for two Technical Software Support Engineers who will have the following job responsibilities:

 

  • Assist customers to support issues and troubleshooting related to software product
  • Communication with customers and software development team to solve customer issues
  • Perform application testing/QA
  • The candidate should have problem-solving skills, basic database (SQL Server) knowledge.
  • You should have excellent English communications skills.
  • You should have a bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT or Software Engineering.
  • Your office timings will be from (07:00 pm – 04:00 am). Only apply if you meet the job criteria.
