Technical Team Lead required FiveRivers Technologies
We are looking for an energetic individual who can interface with our customers, execute against the product vision, and lead our Agile delivery team as a Technical Lead to deliver an excellent product that meets user needs.
The ideal candidate has direct product management experience and will manage the design, development, and delivery of digital health services using a Scrum-based Agile software development methodology
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Technical Lead to manage multiple Agile teams.
- Collaborate with Product Management & Business Analysts to devise technical solutions.
- Lead solution and design creation for new feature implementation working independently as well as with other cross-team members.
- Help resolve technical challenges and blocks faced by Agile teams.
- Perform independent technology assessments and proof of concept on third-party software/libraries.
- Ensure coding best practices are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred7+ years of professional hands-on experience as a Full Stack Lead Software Engineer (React Js + .NET).
- 3+ years of professional experience leading development teams as a hands-on Development Manager/Technical Lead.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Project management capabilities with a drive to meet deadlines and demonstrate results is desirable.
- Experience leading a multi-release Agile software development project.
- Experience working with Agile SDLC tools like Jira and Rally is required.
- Hands-on experience building services using React Js & .NET.
