Job Description

Nextbridge Private Limited immediately requires 2 x Trainee Network Support for one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.

Knowledge/Skills required

Basic knowledge of how the web works, networking, and software products
Taking ownership of technical issues and working with our Development teams to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
Resolving escalated user complaints without the need for team lead intervention
Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution step
Knowledge of Windows 10, Linux and general desktop support issues
Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, Domain Environment, Firewalls and other networking concepts
Basic knowledge of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP, HTTP/HTTP
Excellent English written and verbal skills
Excellent phone manners

About This Internship Program:

This is a paid internship program of 3 months and is for our Lahore centers only.
Extensive training of 3 months will be provided.
This internship program doesn’t guarantee a job.
Exceptional resources may be offered a permanent position before completion of their internship program.
