Full Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Level 1 Software Engineer, you will be responsible for
Design and implementation of features on PHP web applications.
Design and development of WordPress and Moodle themes and plugins.
Design and development of Shopify themes and apps.
Development of small to medium websites and web applications.
Debugging and identification of issues and bugs in web applications.
Writing efficient and testable code.
Writing and maintaining documentation where necessary.
Practising and honing your craft of software development.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or Software Engineering (We will consider candidates without degrees also, but you’ll have to convince us you are worth the time)
Must have experience working with HTML, CSS and JS.
Must have experience with PHP and Liquid templates.
Must know Git.
Must know SQL.
Must have experience in either WordPress or Shopify. Ideally both.
(Bonus) DevOps experience in NGINX, PHP-FPM and Linux servers.
(Bonus) Experience in Moodle development.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,000.00 – Rs80,000.00 per month
